This location is in Baltimore City. Patient care is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Visitors are welcome.
Gilchrist Center Howard County
Location: 6336 Cedar Lane, Columbia, MD 21044
This Gilchrist location is our 10-bed care center in Columbia, behind Lorien’s Harmony Hall. Patient care is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Visitors are welcome.
Gilchrist Center Towson
Location: 555 W. Towsontown Blvd., Towson, MD 21204
This Gilchrist location is our renowned 34-bed care center in Towson. Patient care is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Visitors are welcome. Occasional counseling support groups and workshops are held here.
Gilchrist Hunt Valley Administrative Office

Our Gilchrist location in Hunt Valley is our main office. Our administrative staff for grief, palliative, and hospice care are located here. Some of our counseling support groups and workshops are occasionally held at this location. No direct patient care is provided at our Hunt Valley location.

The Lifecare Institute, a partnership between Luminis Health and Gilchrist, cares for individuals and families throughout Anne Arundel County and Prince George’s County, Maryland. We provide comprehensive services across multiple settings, including at home, in senior living communities such as long-term care and assisted living facilities, and throughout the community.
