Remembering Family through Garden and Tribute Walls

Larry Wheeler is a man worth remembering. He loved people, serving as a Maryland State Trooper and District Court bailiff, and he brightened days and brought smiles to all who knew him. His time at Gilchrist was no exception. He was so grateful for the staff there, and his family will always be thankful for the love and support received there. That’s why they wanted to leave a piece of him in his favorite spot at the Howard County facility, the beautiful garden.
