Care and Support at Every Stage of Serious Illness

Geriatric
Care

Gilchrist’s Geriatric Care is for individuals with serious illness who need coordinated care and guidance.

Palliative Care

The Gilchrist Palliative Care team can help guide you through the uncertainties that serious illness brings.

Hospice
Care

Hospice Care enhances the end of life, allowing people to live their final days to the fullest, in peace, comfort and without pain.

Grief
Support

Whether you have a loved one under our care or are grieving the loss of a loved one, Counseling & Support is here to help.

We Are More Than Hospice

You may know Gilchrist best for the care we provide people near the end of life. But we offer so much more than hospice. Today’s Gilchrist extends services to individuals with serious illness who need our care and support well in advance of hospice care. We also provide counseling and support before and after the loss of a loved one.
