Gilchrist’s leadership team includes an executive director, medical director, and senior directors who work together to ensure our care and services are of the highest quality. Their focus remains on the needs of individuals and families, guiding our mission to provide compassionate support through every stage of serious illness.

Their work is supported and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors—community leaders dedicated to ensuring access to the full range of care and services our community needs.
