Below are some of the non-clinical roles currently available at Gilchrist, with brief descriptions of their responsibilities, education requirements, and skills:

1. Senior Accountant

This role applies accounting principles to compile financial information, process journal entries, and reconcile reports. The Senior Accountant also assists with budgeting and audits, ensuring compliance with financial policies.

2. Receptionist

The Receptionist greets visitors, answers phone calls, handles mail, and provides administrative support to staff. This position ensures a welcoming and organized environment for all who visit.

3. Facilities Technician

This role is responsible for maintaining Gilchrist facilities, ensuring all systems and equipment operate effectively. Tasks include repairing equipment, coordinating maintenance projects, and ensuring a safe environment.

4. Health Information Management Specialist

This position maintains patient medical records, prepares documentation for interdisciplinary teams, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

5. Access Coordinator

The Access Coordinator manages inbound calls, schedules patient referrals, and connects individuals to appropriate services within Gilchrist. This role is vital in facilitating seamless admissions.

6. Donor Relations Officer

The Donor Relations Officer builds relationships with donors, drafts proposals, and manages fundraising initiatives to support Gilchrist’s programs.

7. Senior Director of Development

This leadership role oversees fundraising campaigns, manages donor relationships, and develops strategies to secure major gifts for Gilchrist.

8. Patient Accounts Coordinator

This role handles billing operations, collections, and insurance claims to ensure accurate financial processing for patient accounts.

9. Accountant Analyst

The Accountant Analyst prepares financial reports, monitors general ledger accounts, and assists with audits. This position supports accurate financial tracking and analysis.

10. Director of Community Partnerships and Programs

This strategic leadership role oversees daily operations in specific Gilchrist neighborhoods and develops partnerships with health systems and community organizations.

11. Transitions Case Manager

This role assesses patients for program eligibility, provides support, and coordinates referrals to meet client needs.
