The 37th Annual Taste of Howard County will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2022, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Turf Valley Resort. This event supports hospice services at Gilchrist Center Howard County. After 2 years of virtual events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are thrilled that this year’s event will be in person. 400 guests are expected to celebrate and honor Gilchrist Howard County!
This year’s event includes:
-Delicious offerings from over 20 of your favorite Howard County restaurants
-Live and silent auction and raffle highlighting the best food and drink in the county.
-Roaring ’20s party featuring costumes, music, a speak easy and more!
“Gilchrist Center Howard County is the the county’s only inpatient hospice center,” said Christel Curtis, event co-chair and member of the Gilchrist Board of Directors. “I am so excited to be involved in such an important and fun event for the Howard County community.” Christel, along with co-chair Sandy Mathias, will welcome guests to Turf Valley that evening. Co-presenting sponsors Harry H. Witzke’s Family Funeral Home and Maryland Oncology Hematology will gather with over 50 other community member and business sponsors to raise much needed support for Gilchrist.
